Shermine Dajani is a multinational business executive, founder and CEO of PanMed Group of companies, and a founding partner of Medgrid France. Ms. Dajani brings a global market perspective to PanMed Energy. Her strategic planning and business development credentials are backed by extensive experience in Europe, US and the Middle East, where she has provided consultancy services to multinational companies seeking entry to the region for two decades. Among these successful collaborations is with Tractebel Engineering /Engie.

Ms. Dajani is an active participant in international conferences as a speaker on environment, renewable energy and grid interconnection issues as well as women empowerment.

At present Ms. Dajani serves on several boards including:

  • Board Member of The French think tank Institute de Prospective Economique du Monde Méditerranéen (IPEMED)

  • Board Member of EDAMA a Jordanian association focusing on energy, environment and water

  • Board Member of the World Water Bank / Netherlands

  • Vice-President of Jordan Belgian Business and Friendship Association.

  • Board Member of The Jordanian Italian Forum for Cooperation

  • An Advisor to the Board of Directors of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Jordan (CAFRAJ)

  • Member of the board of the Stem Cell Therapy Center at the Jordan University

  • Member of the Board of Trustees of Jordan National Gallery of Fine Arts.

  • Board Member of Ronald McDonald House Charities.

  • Board Member of McDonald’s Jordan

  • Chairman of Ertiqaa for Empowerment and Awareness.

  • Founding partner in Medgrid, an alliance of 21 leading European and South Mediterranean energy companies established within the framework of the solar plan of the Union of the Mediterranean to study the technical and economic feasibility of the Mediterranean Grid Interconnection master plan.

Ms. Dajani is a member of the International Women’s Forum (IWF), she is also a member of Jordan Strategy Forum.

Ms. Dajani was chosen by the Gibran Chair for Values and Peace at the University of Maryland among the leading Arab Women who have enriched and advanced their societies, overcoming barriers and exemplifying values of progress, peace and human rights for all.

Ms. Dajani is a recipient of the Légion d’honneur from the French Republic and she was awarded the ‘Order of the Crown’ from the His Majesty King Philippe of Belgium.
